These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shrinkr provided by Plugrbase SRL, a company registered in Belgium ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our SaaS application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1.1 By accessing or using Shrinkr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2 If you are using Shrinkr on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans:

2.1 Shrinkr offers paid monthly and yearly subscription plans, as well as a free plan. Details of each plan, including pricing, features, and limitations, are available on our website.

2.2 By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected plan. Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.

2.3 Subscription fees are non-refundable, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Free Plan:

3.1 The free plan provides limited access to Shrinkr features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time without notice.

4. Account Information:

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4.2 You may not share your account or access credentials with others.

5. Use of Shrinkr:

5.1 You agree not to use Shrinkr for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Shrinkr without our prior written consent.

6. Termination:

6.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

6.2 Upon termination, your right to use Shrinkr will cease immediately.

7. Changes to Terms:

7.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and you are encouraged to review them regularly.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1 In no event shall Plugrbase SRL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Shrinkr.

9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
